The domain SORIN DEFRANCE just meeting the names of the husband SORIN Henry
and his wife Madeleine DEFRANCE. Winemakers from father to son since 1577,
son both working on the estate of 40ha comprising:

- BOURGOGNE CÔTES D’AUXERRE (Chardonnay)
- BOURGOGNE ALIGOTE
- SAINT-BRIS (Sauvignon)
- BOURGOGNE CÔTES D’AUXERRE (Pinot Noir)
- CHABLIS 1er CRU MONTMAINS
- Ratafia rouge et blanc

Well exposed vineyards are located on different coteauxargilo stony limestone

and slopes.

The various works of vines and the wines are made care family.
The domain SORIN-DEFRANCE markets only its production.
