The Saint-Bris Sauvignon 2011 is a white wine grape of exceptional quality, used to make some excellent white wines.

Council Specialist: This wine has aging potential of 3 to 5 years.

Golden color with hints of light green. Expresses citrus notes and some minerality. Fresh wines and very pleasant. Goes on Seafood, crustaceans, fish, ... or simply as an aperitif. A drunk young, although it may be kept several years.

Temperature range: 8-10 ° C as an aperitif, 10 to 12 ° C at the table.
