Burgundy wine AOC Cotes d'Auxerre Pinot Black Red 2013

Pinot Black is a black grape with white juice, it is a variety that has very complex aromas.
Pinot Black likes well-drained limestone slopes. There tend naturally to produce little colored wines while at the same time it is the richest grape polyphenols (cardio-protective molecule). It is a grape that ripens early and is all the better that it is used at low efficiency.
Domaine Sorin Defrance produced this controlled designation of origin (AOC) in Saint Bris Le Vineux.

Tasting advice
Temperature is an important criterion to meet to enjoy a Burgundy. The cold makes them hard red, austere and less aromatic. Heat is the worst factor in wine, it makes them soft and hot.
Finally, note that it is best used as a wine a little too cold too hot because it heats quickly 4 ° in the glass. Incidentally, if one takes a glass by the foot is not in excess mannerism! It's just not warm the glass with your fingers!

Recommended operating temperature:
• 14-17 ° C for red wines
